Andrew Colsky, LPC practices Behavioral Sleep Medicine via Telehealth. He trained in CBT-I at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Colsky helps patients overcome issues with insomnia, CPAP compliance and other behavioral sleep medicine issues.
I provide both in person and tele-health CBT-I services. I see adult patients only for oinsomnia. I am happy to collaborate with Primary care and sleep medicine providers to assist with medication tapers. I am in-network with Aetna, Cigna and United Healthcare.
