Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i) I offer evidence-based treatment for insomnia (i.e., sleep disorder; problems with falling asleep, waking up too early or too often, or difficulty staying asleep). Other areas that interfere with sleep are addressed, such as anxiety (social, panic symptoms), depression, trauma, pain management, obsessive-compulsive, gambling, and work/life and relationships difficulties.

I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor (member of BC Association of Clinical Counsellors) with specialized training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia and Online Counselling. Practicing Dental Sleep Medicine since 1999, Dr. Bray took his 2-year Diploma in Behavioral Sleep Medicine under Prof. Espie in 2011 following his Fellowship in Orofacial pain and Sleep Disorders at Tufts in Boston. He has Diplomate Status in both American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine and American Board Craniofacial Dental Sleep Medicine. He has a long standing interest in increasing awareness in the importance and achievement of a better quality of sleep.


Russell Gilbert M.D. has been practicing Sleep Medicine since 1995. Since 2007, Dr. Gilbert has had a private practice in Scottsdale, Arizona focusing on insomnia and its psychological and behavioral causes. I am a board-certified Behavioural Sleep Medicine consultant physician (DBSM) and Fellow of the College of Family Physicians of Canada (FCFP). I work with an inter-professional team at the Centre for Sleep and Human Performance to create customized Behavioural Sleep Medicine treatment programs for patients with a variety of sleep disorders throughout Alberta.
