Rubin, Miriam
Miriam Rubin, PhD, CBSM, DBSM is a board certified behavioral sleep specialist and clinical psychologist specializing in treatment of adult sleep disorders currently offering both in person and telehealth appointments in Arlington, Massachusetts. She established the sleep disorders program at the Worcester VA Clinic, providing evidence-based interventions to veterans and supervision and staff trainings in BSM, including treatment of insomnia, nightmares, circadian dysregulation, sleep paralysis, and sleep apnea / PAP desensitization. She has presented at professional conferences on research and interventions for treating trauma-related nightmares and co-led national provider trainings for CBT for Nightmares (CBT-N).
