Dr. Liz Ross is a licensed Clinical Psychologist in the state of Texas and a member of the National Registry for Health Service Psychologists. She is an Assistant Professor of Baylor College of Medicine in the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department and a consultant at Houston Methodist. Dr. Ross has received specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i) as well as treatments for other sleep problems such as nightmares associated with PTSD and CPAP adherence.
