Dr. Conroy is a Clinical Professor at Michigan Medicine’s Department of Psychiatry and an integrative nutrition health coach at Happy, Healthy, Rested PLLC. She is clinical director of the University of Michigan Behavioral Sleep Medicine Clinic where she specializes in insomnia. She is board certified in clinical sleep disorders, behavioral sleep medicine, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
Dr. Daley works with sleep disorders across the age spectrum. Her experience includes working as the technical director of a sleep center during which she ran PAP adherence clinics in addition to her behavioral sleep program. She has been an invited speaker for local and national sleep and mental health organizations including the AASM, NC ASM, Georgia ASM and Carolinas Sleep Society. She is currently in private practice in Charlotte, NC.
Dr. Liz Ross is a licensed Clinical Psychologist in the state of Texas and a member of the National Registry for Health Service Psychologists. She is an Assistant Professor of Baylor College of Medicine in the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department and a consultant at Houston Methodist. Dr. Ross has received specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i) as well as treatments for other sleep problems such as nightmares associated with PTSD and CPAP adherence.
