
Erin Shadle is the director of the Behavioral Sleep Solutions program. She has been using behavioral sleep medicine to treat sleep disorders since 2012 and launched the Sleep Solutions program in 2018.

Consultation, evaluation, and intervention services to promote overall brain health and recovery from illness and injury, including but not limited to concussions. Multidisciplinary team on site includes primary care sports medicine, physical therapy, and cognitive rehab providing traditional and holistic approaches and integrated care.

With broad experience treating a range of mental health concerns I have a deep appreciation for the interplay between sleep, mood, and life. Mindfulness, relaxation, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) are the backbone of my approach.
