I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral challenges. I have a special interest in evidence-based treatment for sleep difficulties, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I).
I earned my Ph.D. in cognitive neuroscience, where I studied the relationship between sleep, memory, and emotion processing. To translate this experience into clinical practice, I completed postdoctoral respecialization training and earned my Psy.D. in clinical psychology.
I offer both in-person and telehealth services to individuals located in Pennsylvania.
