Balancing Heart and Mind
We Can Do This Together

Welcome to Heart Bloom Therapy!

Are you feeling like you’ve lost your sense of self in a sea of worry and anxiety? Does your inner critic have a louder voice than you do? As a psychologist with decades of experience, my aim is to help you to uncover your innate self and cultivate skills to help you heal from life’s challenges. At its core, my therapy approach revolves around the symbolism of a lotus flower that emerges in pristine condition from the murkiest of waters.

By being here, you've already taken the courageous step of seeking professional help for an issue you are experiencing. I'm a specialist in treating anxiety, depression, and insomnia with the most up-to-date treatments.

I have extensive experience practicing and teaching psychotherapy, and I have helped people overcome a wide range of life challenges. I'm passionately committed to helping my clients realize their full individual potential, and I will tailor your sessions to your unique needs.

By fostering a deep connection to one’s inner self and values, clients are guided through life’s difficulties with resilience and authenticity. I offer a safe, compassionate, and nurturing space for clients to embark on a journey of self-discovery, ultimately blossoming into their fullest potential.

I would like to invite you to remember who you are at your core, recognize how you may have found ways to protect yourself, and let your authentic self bloom.

"And the day came when the risk it took to remain tight in the bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom."
