Dr. Castagnini is a licensed psychologist on staff at Kaiser Permanente as well as at a multidisciplinary medical center, Comprehensive Wellness. With over 20 years of clinical experience treating patients presenting with all mental health issues, she specializes in treating eating disorders and offers CBT-I. Her overall approach to therapy is to work collaboratively with each person who enters her office, creating an individualized treatment plan based on their own history, specific needs and goals.
