I am a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of New York, practicing in sleep and anxiety disorders for over 25 years. I received my doctorate from the University of Connecticut and completed an internship and a post-doctoral training position at Brown University's School of Medicine. I worked at Rhode Island Hospital / Department of Psychiatry in the Sleep & Anxiety Disorders Service before moving to New York and continuing with a small private practice. I specialize in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and in the treatment of anxiety and mood disorders. Currently my practice is both in-person, and via telehealth. I do not currently participate as a provider for any insurance plans.
